Hot Spot is and will be a fun, safe and enjoyable environment.  In order for this atmosphere to be maintained, all will adhere to the following guidelines.
These guidelines will apply to everyone that chooses to use the hot spot. Should anyone choose not to follow these guidelines, we may refuse services up to and including termination of account without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

  • While we will attempt to follow the requests established in the less than 17 permission slip, Parents are ultimately responsible for their children’s behavior. Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Clothing will be clean and appropriate for mixed company and all age groups
  • So that everyone can enjoy a safe and clean environment, proper hygiene will be expected. We may request for anyone using any system to wash their hands prior to use.
  • No violent or aggressive behavior or foul language will be tolerated.
  • Illegal downloading of media or software at The Hot Spot will not be permitted. We will co-operate with any investigation to shed light on any illegal activity.
  • No weapons of any type allowed.
  • The use drugs or alcohol of any type will not be permitted; this will include cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
  • Reservations will be honored for up to five minutes after the scheduled starting time of the reservation. After ten minutes, the session will have to be rescheduled and any party on hand will have the right to use the vacated equipment. Phoning, text or email notification of tardiness will hold the reservation, but not extend the original time slot. Any tardiness will count toward the full reservation.
  • All members will be given a five minute notice at the end of each session to end or save any program.
  • A credit card number will be kept on file to cover any use fees, or intentional damage of equipment or facilities.
  • We will not share any personal information.
